Provide technical support for product lines: act as liaison between customers and sales, maintain price lists, prepare quotations, train users, generate SAP reports, coordinate with German counterparts, and participate in continuous improvement.

Manage administration and communication of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary), 401(k) processes, leave/FMLA administration, compliance (ERISA/ACA/COBRA), benefits reporting, open enrollment, payroll coordination, and employee education.
