Support the Marketing Unit by scheduling and managing public room reservations and displays, maintaining event calendars and media clippings, producing print program calendars using Adobe, duplicating and distributing promotional materials, proofing content, and assisting with inventory and supply requests. Provide customer service and coordinate setup with other departments.
