Lead IT governance bridging Risk/Audit/Compliance and IT Services. Oversee IT policies, change management and Change Advisory Board, CMDB and asset lifecycle, vendor/contracts, budget, ITBC/DR, GLBA compliance, and implement processes to ensure IT regulatory adherence.

Lead development and execution of marketing strategies and communications for private wealth and other lines of business. Manage campaigns, collateral, website, email, social, vendor relationships, market research, ROI tracking, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance. Partner with stakeholders and executives to influence strategy and support community and CRA initiatives.

Serve as liaison between Risk/Audit/Compliance and IT Services to ensure regulatory alignment. Manage IT policies, CMDB and asset governance, change management/CAB, vendor and budget oversight, IT continuity/DR, and implement controls to meet security and compliance standards.
