Leads mortgage closing operations by producing, organizing, reviewing, and completing closing files. Verifies document accuracy, calculations, compliance, and closing conditions; coordinates schedules with internal teams and business partners; communicates funding conditions; monitors deadlines and expiring locks; and ensures adherence to investor guidelines, lending programs, and state and federal regulations. Trains and supports mortgage closers while serving as a subject matter expert.

Manages the Mortgage Closing Department and leads mortgage closers and closing assistants. Oversees loan closing workflows, disclosures, documentation, conditions, funding questions, service-level agreements, deadlines, investor requirements, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with loan originators, title companies, post-closing teams, executives, and other business partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant loan closings.

Supports administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement, life and disability coverage, wellness initiatives, COBRA coordination, qualifying life events, enrollments, verifications, reconciliations, open enrollment, and employee education. Maintains accurate records, assists with payroll backup, answers employee questions, and supports compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Manages portfolio accounting operations and supervises the Portfolio Accounting team. Leads implementation and conversion of portfolio operations technology, designs workflows, oversees reconciliation, corporate actions, pricing, performance measurement, client reporting, risk controls, and data integrity. Coordinates with vendors, custodial teams, trading, account services, and billing. Resolves operational issues, supports regulatory compliance, and trains team members.

Manages regional financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, budget and forecast variance analysis, financial reporting accuracy, and executive and board reporting. Oversees regional and line-of-business reporting, Salesforce performance reporting, and process reviews. Requires banking experience, strong critical-thinking skills, database and query experience, and compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
