Provide timely, high-quality client support for treasury management products (ACH, wires, RDC, Positive Pay, online banking). Lead and train support staff, manage schedules and KPIs/SLA adherence, handle escalations, assist with file setups, system testing/migrations, ensure regulatory/NACHA compliance, and collaborate with bank departments to resolve client issues.

Support commercial credit underwriters by preparing financial statement spreads, analyzing trends, drafting credit memoranda, monitoring borrower performance, researching industries, summarizing loan documentation, and supporting cross-sell opportunities.

Sell and support treasury management products to commercial clients: market and demonstrate solutions, prepare pricing and pro-forma analyses, respond to RFPs and craft proposals, collaborate with relationship managers, prepare contracts/documentation, identify and convert sales opportunities, and ensure compliance and risk management.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients by originating and structuring loans, deposits, and treasury management relationships; prepare credit applications; present credit requests; oversee documentation, compliance, and client service; cross-sell banking products; develop business through community engagement and lead generation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients by originating, structuring, pricing, documenting, and monitoring loan and deposit relationships; coordinate credit administration, present credit requests for approval, cross-sell bank services, mentor junior lenders, and participate in community and business development.

Support investment advisors by administering client investment accounts, processing transactions and money movements, assisting onboarding, maintaining accurate documentation, servicing clients, attending team meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry laws and bank policies.

Co-manage and expand high-net-worth client relationships, provide investment strategy, asset allocation, and financial planning; handle account setup, portfolio rebalancing, client meetings, CRM documentation, and collaborate with trust and trading teams to deliver wealth solutions.
