Provide front-desk applicant support, process applications and employment forms, conduct screenings and orientations, maintain accurate records in Avionte, manage weekly payroll input, visit client sites, resolve client issues, coach employees, and cross-train to support branch operations.

Supervise day-to-day on-site operations of Proman Staffing employees, manage client relationships, handle scheduling/payroll records, enforce safety and client policies, assist hiring/training, and control operational costs and performance reporting.
