Manage dealership finance processes: secure and finalize customer financing, present and sell F&I products, structure profitable deals, ensure regulatory compliance, build lender relationships, train staff, and support reporting to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Serve as the dealership's customer-facing sales professional: greet customers, assess needs, deliver vehicle presentations and test drives, manage CRM records, follow the sales process to close deals, coordinate with sales managers and F&I, and participate in ongoing product and sales training to drive repeat business and referrals.

Draft and negotiate agreements, manage outside counsel, conduct legal research, develop compliance policies, resolve disputes, and train employees to mitigate risk for a growing automotive dealership group.

Guide guests through the full vehicle sales process: prepare for appointments, conduct demonstrations and test drives, explain options/pricing/financing, track interactions in CRM, follow up consistently, negotiate with integrity, partner with Finance for delivery, and uphold dealership presentation and service standards.
