Design, configure, and support Epicor (Kinetic) ERP across manufacturing, supply chain, finance and engineering. Lead requirements workshops, implement Epicor modules, build BPMs/BAQs, develop reports/dashboards, integrate with MES/PLM, support testing/UAT, data migration, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Lead design, program, test, commission, and optimize Siemens-based PLC control systems for HVAC, compression, and data center applications. Develop HMI/SCADA and database integrations, perform diagnostics and commissioning, apply thermodynamics and controls engineering to improve efficiency, and mentor junior controls engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead a portfolio of manufacturing engineering projects (NPI, equipment, tooling, layout, automation) from planning through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets/schedules/risks, championing lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, and ensuring successful handovers and compliance in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused manufacturing environment.

Analyze HVAC field performance data (alarms, sensor logs, control outputs, service reports) to identify failure patterns and root causes; structure unstructured field data; develop dashboards and reports; collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve product reliability, documentation, and field data collection.

Act as strategic integrator between Procurement, Application Engineering, and Finance to translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models, maintain pricing databases and BOM cost structures, support proposal development, analyze supplier quotes and market trends, validate cost assumptions, and contribute to supplier strategy for dual-country AHU manufacturing.

Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for large-scale HVAC and refrigeration systems in data centers. Manage commissioning and validation, translate field failures into engineering fixes, update CAD drawings, improve SOPs and service documentation, and support field technicians with real-time technical guidance. Travel up to 20%.
