Lead the strategy, architecture, development, validation, and release governance of CPQ and HVAC selection tools. Govern performance models and data, ensure AHRI, ASHRAE, and AMCA compliance, oversee testing and calibration, and develop automated customer submittals. Manage a technical team, coordinate with engineering, testing, sales, CAD, and document control, and ensure software releases produce accurate, traceable, and commercially defensible selections.

Supports trade, import, product, environmental, and customer compliance across the organization. Responsibilities include HTS classification, country-of-origin determinations, import documentation, tariff evaluation, REACH and RoHS compliance, supplier documentation, customer requirements, compliance risk assessment, recordkeeping, audits, training, and corrective actions. The role collaborates with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, quality, legal, operations, suppliers, customs brokers, and customers to translate regulatory requirements into practical actions.

Leads a mechanical design team developing HVAC equipment, including air handling units, CRAHs, and chillers. Assigns work, reviews and approves CAD models and manufacturing drawings, establishes design standards, and ensures manufacturability. Serves as the GD&T and tolerance analysis expert while collaborating with engineering, production, sourcing, quality, and suppliers. Supports manufacturing issue resolution, engineering changes, product improvements, and development from concept through production release.

Coordinates bids, RFPs, equipment selections, pricing, quotes, CRM records, ERP sales orders, staged releases, shipments, storage, and change orders. Reviews purchase orders, maintains audit trails, monitors data quality, supports pipeline reporting, and communicates across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Production, Service, Finance, customers, contractors, and representatives. Also researches product and competitor information and maintains technical references and templates.

Protects plant production from supplier quality disruptions by monitoring supplier performance, leading containment and corrective actions, managing non-conformances, assessing supplier risks, supporting launches and engineering changes, maintaining quality documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality teams. The role uses 8D, 5-Why, root cause analysis, SPC, PFMEA, and control plans to prevent recurring defects and production interruptions.
