Tenure-track faculty position to coordinate and teach drawing and painting courses (12 credit hours/semester), advise and recruit students, maintain an active research/scholarship program, contribute service to department and community, and support an inclusive, anti-racist learning environment. Additional duties include office hours, meetings, and other tasks assigned by the department chair.

Tenure-track assistant professor to teach undergraduate and advanced biomedical engineering courses, develop a research program, pursue grants and publications, advise students, support accreditation, and serve on university committees.

Provide and manage evening reference services in-person, by email, and phone; maintain print and digital reference collections and research guides; teach library instruction and co-instruct LIBR 100; supervise library support staff; collect and analyze reference statistics; perform other assigned duties.

Provide front-line administrative support for the Registrar's Office including high-volume data entry into PeopleSoft, document imaging, records maintenance, customer service to students/faculty, scheduling, proofreading, and general office tasks while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and compliance.

Manage and improve financial aid operations by maintaining PeopleSoft integrations, testing patches/upgrades, troubleshooting processing errors, performing reporting and analysis, automating processes with IT, ensuring compliance with federal/state programs, and supporting daily import/export processes. Works closely with Director of Financial Aid, IT, and campus partners and performs supervisory and related duties.

Provide academic advising and administrative support to on-site and distance students, assist with course planning and transferability, maintain student records, guide students to campus offices (Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid), support faculty, and perform related duties to promote timely graduation.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Registrar's Office including high-volume data entry (PeopleSoft), record maintenance, document imaging, customer service, scheduling, proofreading, and maintaining FERPA-compliant student records.

Lead center-wide student development and workforce preparation efforts: create and review individualized development plans, ensure NOAA mission competencies, coordinate professional development and experiential research, produce required reporting, monitor outcomes, and manage multi-institutional education assessment to align student training with NOAA workforce needs.

Lead development and maintenance of financial aid policies, ensure compliance with Federal Title IV, state, and institutional regulations, manage withdrawals and R2T4 processing, coordinate auditor/data requests and reporting (IPEDS, FISAP, GE/FVT), deliver staff training, implement quality control processes, and support the Director and Associate Director in compliance and reporting tasks.

Lead the Department of Fine Arts as a 12-month Chair, overseeing faculty evaluation, curriculum and program development, budget and facilities, teach two 3-credit courses per semester, coordinate events, recruit and mentor students, and advance inclusive, strategic growth.
