Lead and coordinate the full grant lifecycle for institutional funding: prospect research, proposal and report development, award administration, compliance, stewardship, renewal planning, cross-department coordination, CRM maintenance, and continuous improvement of grants systems and processes.

Lead recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and fundraising for donor circles (Pathway to Impact, Tocqueville). Build strategic donor engagement plans, manage event execution and program budgets, collaborate on performance reporting, and support special projects to meet fundraising goals and donor retention metrics.
