Leads integrated marketing and communications to drive fundraising, audience growth, and brand awareness. Designs and executes campaigns, oversees social media and creative production (video, print, digital), measures performance against KPIs, manages the Marketing & Communications team, and builds media and community partnerships to support the Shelter's mission.
