Directs the Housing Choice Voucher program, overseeing daily operations, compliance, reporting, financial utilization, portability, special-purpose voucher programs, participant and owner relations, and quality control. Supervises and develops staff, implements HUD and HOTMA requirements, monitors leasing and expenditure performance, manages EIV and reporting systems, resolves complex disputes, and coordinates audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
