Manages full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologists, therapists, and other licensed clinicians. Develops sourcing strategies, builds candidate pipelines, screens applicants, coordinates interviews and site visits, supports offers and onboarding, and maintains candidate relationships. Partners with clinical and executive leaders, medical schools, residency programs, and professional organizations. Tracks recruiting metrics, maintains applicant records, supports credentialing and licensure verification, and ensures compliance with hiring regulations.

Maintains and supports personal computers, hardware, operating systems, applications, phones, and related systems across a hospital organization. Configures computers, troubleshoots hardware, software, and communication issues, coordinates PC allocation with network staff, trains users, manages the phone system, and documents procedures for information services personnel.
