Manage multiple technology projects including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, testing, cloud migrations, and infrastructure transitions. Serve as liaison with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; track deliverables using project management tools; prepare budgets, change orders, RFPs/RFQs, and status reports; facilitate project team meetings and ensure timely, quality delivery.

Performs routine purchasing for city government: issues solicitations, conducts bid openings, prepares purchase orders and contracts, audits p-card transactions, maintains contract repositories, advises departments on procurement strategy, and ensures compliance with municipal procurement policies and regulations.

Manage and direct major capital park and public-space projects from planning through construction. Coordinate consultants, contractors, budgets, contracts, and stakeholders; prepare reports, specifications, and budget estimates; may supervise staff and represent the department at meetings, including evening sessions.

Prepare and review municipal financial reports, maintain accounting systems and procedures, manage general ledger and plant asset accounting, support SEFA and Single Audit, oversee federal/state grant compliance, provide accounting guidance to departments, analyze fiscal data, and prepare budgetary/status reports.

Lead and coordinate complex municipal engineering projects focused on development review. Perform advanced design, specifications, regulatory submittals, budget estimates, construction monitoring, and prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide guidance to junior staff, coordinate with consultants/contractors/agencies, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and city policies.
