Lead advanced budget preparation and analysis for city departments. Oversee performance budgeting system testing, data queries, spreadsheet integrity, training, forecasting, capital improvement budgets, policy compliance, and presentations; provide consultative support and process improvements across departments.

Assist in preparing and administering the Citys annual operating and five-year capital budgets. Compile and analyze fiscal and statistical data, prepare schedules/tables/narratives, monitor departmental budgets, develop multi-year financial forecasts, test and maintain budget software, provide guidance to departments, prepare financial reports, support performance improvement initiatives, and deliver presentations.

Process biweekly payroll for active employees and monthly retiree payroll; verify time and deduction data; manage tax withholdings, garnishments, reconciliations, and reports; respond to payroll inquiries; maintain confidentiality; support audits and system upgrades; use Excel for analysis and reporting.

Develops, implements, and promotes citywide waste reduction and recycling programs. Manages outreach, education, contracts, data reporting, audits, grants, events, and coordination with agencies and vendors to increase waste diversion and ZeroWaste participation.

Lead and coordinate complex municipal engineering projects focused on development review. Perform advanced design, specifications, regulatory submittals, budget estimates, construction monitoring, and prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide guidance to junior staff, coordinate with consultants/contractors/agencies, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and city policies.

Supervise three city swimming pools and lead aquatics programming (swim lessons, lifeguard training, Jr. Lifeguard Camp). Manage hiring, training, scheduling, facility maintenance, safety/compliance, budgets, contracts, marketing support, and community partnerships to deliver safe, high-quality aquatic services.
