Coordinates HR operations including employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS administration, data integrity, compliance reporting, workers’ compensation support, and HR analytics. Originate mortgage loans for diverse, bilingual, and underserved borrowers in Clark County. Build and manage client relationships, structure loans using appropriate mortgage products, explain lending topics clearly, comply with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, and manage multiple initiatives with strong organization and attention to detail. The role requires frequent travel, computer-based work, and collaboration with internal teams.

Operates and administers the organization’s Compliance Management System, including regulatory change management, compliance monitoring and testing, policy maintenance, complaint management, issue tracking, risk assessments, reporting, and examination support. Coordinates with business units, risk teams, Legal, and control partners; maintains compliance documentation and calendars; prepares reports; supports audits and regulatory examinations; and escalates significant compliance concerns.

Prospect and close new business, analyze tax returns and financial statements, approve loans within authority, manage sales pipeline and marketing activities, and deliver high-quality member service and referral development.
