Administers business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and member complaint programs within the enterprise risk function. Conducts business impact analyses, maintains continuity and incident plans, coordinates tabletop exercises, tracks remediation, prepares regulatory and management reporting, and supports audits and examinations.
