Manage and administer the Bank Secrecy Act compliance program, conduct AML/OFAC monitoring and investigations, oversee SAR/CTR filings, supervise BSA analysts, deliver training, prepare audits and Board reports, and maintain BSA/ID Theft Red Flag policies and automated monitoring systems.

Perform detailed financial spreading and credit analyses for commercial loans and LOCs; prepare credit presentations and recommendations for lenders, committees, and the board; monitor portfolio risk, covenants, and construction advances; produce management reports; support and train junior analysts; ensure consistent underwriting standards and regulatory compliance.
