Lead HR for the Americas, partnering with senior leaders to design and execute talent, organization, and culture strategies. Oversee full HR function (talent acquisition, OD, performance, rewards, HRIS, benefits, compliance), lead HR team, support M&A HR due diligence, manage budgets, and advise C-level and Board to align people programs with business priorities.

Serve as a strategic OD and talent partner advising leaders, designing and delivering organization design, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and talent programs. Leverage assessments, HR systems and data to measure impact, lead enterprise initiatives, partner with HR and external vendors, and scale OD solutions globally.

Coordinate and execute manual and automated tests, produce test documentation, maintain regression and smoke suites, develop automation integrated with CI/CD, use AI-driven testing tools, perform exploratory and accessibility testing, track metrics, and mentor junior testers.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and scalable data pipelines; perform statistical analysis and EDA; implement MLOps (versioning, monitoring, CI/CD); deploy models to production; quantify business impact; mentor junior data scientists and drive data science best practices across teams.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable data solutions and features. Write and debug code, participate in design discussions and code reviews, optimize performance, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to integrate AI concepts and data systems.

Design, develop, test, and optimize search systems for WorldCat and OCLC products. Translate requirements into scalable code, lead feature implementations, perform unit/system/performance testing, and collaborate across teams to advance search architecture and capabilities.

Lead and grow OCLC Research Library Partnership metadata community by convening metadata experts, designing programs and working groups, advising partners on metadata strategy and migration, advocating OCLC positions externally, and informing product and research priorities through thought leadership and community-driven initiatives.

Design, develop, and test complex web software and systems. Provide technical guidance, participate in architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide broad corporate legal counsel including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory interpretation, IP protection, litigation guidance, supervising outside counsel, advising management on legal risks, and managing complex legal matters in a timely, high-quality manner.
