Coordinates legal contract administration, including contract lifecycle system management, document routing, data entry, file management, reporting, troubleshooting, and archiving. Triages communications, supports attorneys and the legal team, coordinates signatures and vendor execution, maintains confidential information, and improves office processes. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, accuracy, and five years of legal administrative or paralegal experience.

Leads healthcare sourcing, contracting, and Value Analysis initiatives to identify savings, manage RFPs, negotiate agreements, standardize supplies, and improve supplier performance. Oversees contract implementation, stakeholder communications, inventory and product conversions, opportunity tracking, financial analysis, compliance, monitoring, and supply chain formulary enforcement. Partners with Value Analysis Team chairs and ensures adherence to healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and contractual requirements.

Identifies contractual risks and liabilities, ensures compliance with laws and organizational policies, maintains contract documentation, and advises management on legal and fiscal implications. Serves as a liaison among Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, business departments, project managers, and vendors while providing research, issue resolution, and customer support.
