Provide technical consultation and develop customer-specific solutions for semiconductor, optics, and microelectronics customers. Support DELO equipment (UV LED lamps, dispensing systems), run feasibility studies, integrate processes, identify new technologies, and collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and global DELO teams. Deliver on-site and remote technical support across North America.

Provide administrative support to the President and Sales team, manage calendars, travel, expense reports (SAP Concur), and vendor relationships. Plan sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars; maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence; monitor US regulatory compliance and support process optimization with international HQ.

Drive regional sales and project development for dispensing and curing equipment. Build and maintain relationships with machine integrators and vendors, identify customer requirements, coordinate with engineering and product teams, monitor market and competitors, and provide primary customer support and technical problem solving.

Lead and coordinate technical projects at key accounts, analyze customer needs, define process requirements, support contract manufacturers in implementation, collaborate with global teams, monitor technical trends, and report to the Global Key Account Manager.

Identify and win new customers, design and develop technical adhesive and processing solutions, provide startup project development and ongoing customer support, manage projects, build a local sales network, and represent the company at trade shows while collaborating with US and German engineering and executive teams.
