Support execution and promotion of client wellness programs by partnering with the Lead Wellness Administrator and wellness team. Coordinate events, manage program communications and inbox, assist with client setup on wellness platforms, produce data reports, and ensure client confidentiality and high customer satisfaction.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.
