Performs deposit operations maintenance and transaction processing, including account documentation, ACH, wires, electronic banking, CDs, IRAs, safe deposit boxes, and daily monetary transactions. Handles customer and employee support, EFT disputes, card compromise investigations, quality control, and regulatory compliance involving BSA and OFAC.

Support the VP Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to the Compliance Management System with emphasis on deposit regulations. Serve as subject-matter expert, conduct internal monitoring reviews, review disclosures and marketing materials, assist with audits/exams, oversee complaint management, train staff, communicate regulatory changes, and compile risk committee materials.

Perform advanced processing, reconciliation, and analysis for deposit and digital banking services. Identify root causes, recommend process improvements, support vendor coordination and system administration (user access), assist audits and compliance (BSA/OFAC), and serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional projects to improve controls, reporting, and customer experience.

Prepare underwriting and financial analysis for commercial loan requests, monitor loan portfolios, evaluate credit risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Credit Manager and Chief Credit Officer with projects and post-closing documentation.
