Manages automotive customer accounts, focusing on profitability, satisfaction, pricing, offers, claims, purchase orders, and cash collection. Tracks customer requirements, RFQs, market developments, opportunities, and project portfolios. Supports account planning, business planning, margin improvements, demand negotiations, escalation management, and product lifecycle activities. Represents Sales in project teams and maintains sales data while negotiating customer changes and claims.
