Spend up to 80% of time in the field, develop strategic sales plans, attend industry events, collaborate with internal teams, and document activity in Salesforce while monitoring performance in BI and reporting forecasts to leadership.

Lead and coach an Account Executive team to drive revenue and market expansion in residential add-on replacement HVAC. Own market performance, execute field visits and joint sales calls, build executive customer relationships, use CRM analytics for data-driven decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness.
