Lead and grow a regional HVAC residential and light commercial sales organization. Manage Account Executives, drive revenue and margin growth, execute market strategies, mentor through joint field visits, build executive customer relationships, use CRM analytics to inform decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales performance.

Serve as a technical sales consultant selling commercial and light-commercial HVAC equipment through dealers and contractors. Prospect and call on engineers, contractors, architects, and owners; perform takeoffs, prepare estimates and proposals; specify CE products with design teams; deliver product and application training; represent the company at trade organizations and shows; and coordinate technical support to grow territory sales and margins.

Drive sales and margin growth in a defined HVAC territory by identifying and recruiting new business, managing client relationships, running the full sales process, and documenting activity in Salesforce. Spend up to 80% of time in the field, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze sales/BI data, and prepare forecasts and reports to meet targets.
