Sells and provides technical consultation on commercial and residential HVAC products to engineers, architects, contractors, and developers. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory growth, product specification, plan and specification take-offs, estimating, pricing, proposals, bid development, customer training, presentations, and participation in trade organizations and shows. The role supports annual sales and gross-margin goals while recommending HVAC solutions and coordinating technical training.

Generates and qualifies leads, conducts outbound prospecting, presents HVAC products and services, prepares proposals, nurtures client relationships, supports onboarding, maintains CRM records, monitors market trends, and contributes to revenue targets through networking and business development activities.

Provides technical sales and customer support for commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Partners with account and sales managers, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and dealers to configure, price, and quote solutions. Completes bids, submittals, take-offs, plan reviews, and specification analysis; follows up to close sales; resolves customer issues; identifies opportunities; supports product training; and travels with the sales team for presentations and trade shows.

Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, conduct inbound and outbound collections calls, resolve payment disputes, monitor aging and DSO, process EFT and check payments, document account activity, develop action plans for delinquent accounts, support credit reviews and account setup, and ensure compliance with credit policies and audits.

Entry-level rotational program developing skills across sales, marketing, branch and warehouse operations, distribution, supply chain, and customer experience. Participants receive approximately 12 months of guided, cross-functional training before discussing long-term career paths in sales, operations, finance, marketing, or related areas. The role requires a recent bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, adaptability, willingness to travel during training, and relocation upon completion.

Drive B2B sales for HVAC products by identifying and recruiting new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals. Spend up to 80% in the field, document activity in Salesforce, analyze sales/margin in Salesforce and BI, collaborate with internal teams, and produce sales forecasts and reports.

Champion digital adoption by troubleshooting CE digital tools, managing digital support inboxes, conducting outbound outreach to contractor partners, coordinating onboarding and training, collaborating with marketing and leadership, and producing BI and Salesforce reporting to drive usage across sales teams, branches, and partners.
