Lead DoW-focused business development to originate, shape, and win new work. Own end-to-end pipeline and capture efforts, drive proposal development, build partner networks, and pursue innovation acquisition pathways (OTAs, SBIR/STTR). Translate market insight into growth strategies and revenue targets while managing multiple concurrent pursuits in a high-growth environment.

Lead business development and capture for DoW-focused opportunities (DSCA, COCOMs). Identify, shape, and prioritize pursuits, develop capture strategies, secure teaming, engage clients, and support proposal development and submission. Support capture and proposal development for an anticipated NGB enterprise Knowledge Management services opportunity: lead opportunity analysis, client engagement, partner identification, staffing strategy, technical approach development (KM governance, taxonomy, content lifecycle, SharePoint/365 solutions), and draft compliant proposal content aligned with the PWS.
