Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on B2B, dealers, and commercial tenders. Build and execute sales strategy, enforce CRM discipline, manage full sales cycle metrics, oversee forecasting and reporting, control margins and discounting, and collaborate with marketing, project management, and estimating to ensure accurate quotes and high client satisfaction.

Drive inside sales of custom glass and mirror products to B2C and B2B clients. Develop custom extrusion-ready profiles, integrate hardware and milling requirements, create precise 3D CAD models (SolidWorks/Kompas-3D), and produce production documentation including tolerance calculations, assembly diagrams, cutting lists, and BOMs.

Manage inbound B2B leads for custom glass products in the US market: run calls and email follow-ups, prepare estimates with Estimating, negotiate pricing, maintain HubSpot CRM, close deals, and deliver professional client communication throughout the sales process.
