Lead the design, simulation, testing, and integration of lens, sensor, and imaging/laser systems. Design, develop, and deploy real-time computer vision and video-processing algorithms for embedded, resource-constrained platforms. Optimize AI/ML models for high-frame-rate systems with GPU/FPGA and multi-core processing, integrate sensors and cameras, participate in full SDLC, evaluate and optimize performance, debug pipelines, document work, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, and implement real-time computer vision and video processing pipelines on embedded platforms. Optimize AI/ML models for resource-constrained systems (GPU/FPGA), evaluate and debug high-frame-rate machine vision, integrate sensors/cameras, participate in full software lifecycle, document work, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and build IT and cybersecurity functions, own the system security plan, prepare for CMMC Level 2 certification, integrate business systems, provide hands-on IT support, and scale security and IT teams in a hardware-plus-software startup.
