Leads regional people strategy, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. Manages Regional Recruiting, advises school and regional leaders, resolves complex employee relations matters, supports performance management and organizational change, monitors workforce analytics, and executes regional hiring plans.
