Manage a manufactured home community, leading onsite staff and overseeing sales, occupancy, collections, financial performance, vendors, curb appeal, capital projects, home readiness, resident relations, renewals, billing, and work-order resolution. The role owns the community’s operational and physical health while guiding prospective buyers through the home purchase process and maintaining compliance with legal and Fair Housing requirements.

Supports daily operations of a manufactured home community by managing resident relations, community events, rent collections, legal notices, leasing and move-in paperwork, maintenance work orders, and coordination with sales and maintenance teams. The role assists the Community Manager, resolves resident concerns, supports compliance with Fair Housing standards, and helps maintain resident satisfaction and financial health.

Support daily community operations including resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work order management. Assist Community Manager with billing, lease documentation, event planning, and ensuring move-in readiness. Serve as a visible point of contact for residents, escalate issues as needed, and help maintain service standards and timely maintenance resolution.

Support the Community Manager by handling resident relations, events, rent collection, legal notices, move-ins, lease paperwork, and maintenance coordination. Serve as primary resident contact, ensure timely work-order completion, assist sales and leasing, and maintain compliance with state and Fair Housing standards.

Generate and qualify high-volume leads for manufactured home communities by creating compelling listings, posting daily on Marketplace/ILS platforms, responding rapidly, tracking activity in CRM, and handing off prepared appointments to Sales & Leasing Agents.

Support Community Manager with resident relations, lease paperwork, rent collection, event planning, maintenance coordination, and compliance with state and Fair Housing standards to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
