Work with leadership to scale the business by designing scalable operational processes, building financial models and business cases, supporting fundraising and investor/board communications, creating dashboards and OKR tracking, and leading change management across cross-functional teams.

Architect and build a scalable software and controls platform connecting illumination hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. Define interfaces, communication layers, and subsystem boundaries; collaborate with firmware, hardware, data, and bioprocess teams; establish engineering practices, deploy cloud-connected services, and contribute hands-on across the stack while shaping long-term technical direction.
