Provide consultative retail sales at the Miele outlet: guide customers from enquiry to purchase and post‑sale support, demonstrate products, meet sales targets, and build long‑term client relationships via phone, email, and in‑store interactions.

Lead and develop a small accounting team to deliver accurate month-end and year-end close, oversee P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, ensure tax, credit and regulatory compliance, promote financial governance, support finance projects and harmonise processes across the cluster to provide value-driven financial insight for decision-making.

Handle inbound consultations to recommend appliances and accessories, guide customers to purchase decisions, respond to enquiries across phone and email, meet individual and team sales targets, and deliver high-quality customer service focused on long-term satisfaction.
