About the Role
Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, you will join our inbound sales team where we focus on inspiring and delighting our customers. Your Responsibilities

  • You will guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase
  • Through understanding customer needs, you recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use
  • By identifying opportunities, you promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • With a strong focus on service, you deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction
  • As part of the sales team, you contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Across multiple channels including telephone and email, you communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers across telephone and written channels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • A team-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability for achieving results

Working Hours

  • We have an opportunity for a full-time position, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days
  • Additionally we have a part-time position available working 26 hours per week with flexibility on the number of days
  • Saturday working on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu
  • Flexibility required to meet business needs
  • Working hours typically between 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–16:00 Saturday
