Recruit and outreach to prospective first-year students in the Madison/Milwaukee region. Plan and staff recruitment events, create targeted communications, counsel applicants, evaluate programs, review applications, build partnerships, and represent the university at outreach activities. Tenure-track assistant professor to teach in-person undergraduate and graduate Industrial & Product Design studio courses, focusing on sketching, rendering, and visualization. Develop and conduct applied research/creative scholarship, advise students, contribute to curricula, assessment, accreditation, and service, and engage industry partnerships. Maintain office hours, participate in LMS and student success initiatives, and support an inclusive learning environment.

Lead and execute the universitys digital marketing strategy across web, social, email, and paid channels. Oversee website governance, UX, accessibility, SEO, and digital advertising. Use analytics and dashboards to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report outcomes. Manage projects, stakeholders, budgets, and web/design standards while guiding cross-functional teams and improving processes to support enrollment, reputation, fundraising, and engagement.

Lead daily operations of the university Office of Human Resources, managing talent acquisition, payroll/benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, Workday HCM leadership, compliance, policy development, and budget administration while partnering across campus.

Provide individual and group career advising to undergraduate and graduate students (Letters & Sciences and undeclared), build faculty and employer relationships, develop and deliver career programming, staff career events, and collaborate with campus partners to enhance student career readiness.
