Serve as a Cabinet-level CHRO providing strategic HR leadership across a multi-campus university: oversee talent acquisition, compensation, employee and labor relations, EEO and Title IX coordination, compliance, HR policy, organizational development, budgeting, and HR team leadership to advance institutional priorities and inclusive workplace culture.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Dean's Office, managing complex scheduling, meetings, travel, records, communications, and office operations. Serves as liaison with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, supports personnel processes and compliance, maintains confidential records, updates web content, and contributes to process improvements and college-wide initiatives.

Provide financial and administrative support to the college and its departments, including reconciling payroll and non-salary expenses, assisting with grants, purchasing, budget development, and maintaining funding structures. Develop training resources, manage inventories and records, process financial forms, and cover front desk and staff coverage as needed. Ensure compliance with university policies and provide guidance to faculty and staff.

Provide instructional design and learning-technology support to faculty, develop and deliver faculty development programs (Canvas courses, communities of practice), advise on program-level curriculum design, promote evidence-based pedagogies and inclusive/universal design, collect and analyze instructional program data, and participate in scholarship of teaching and learning or program evaluation.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Dance to teach technique (jazz, hip hop, house, street, Latin, tap), creative practice, and theory courses; choreograph annual works; advise and recruit students; contribute to curriculum development, service, and scholarship within the Department of Theatre & Dance. Teaching load is 12 credits (four classes) per semester.

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate finance courses, advise students, maintain course materials and records, assess student outcomes, hold office hours, pursue discipline-appropriate scholarship, and contribute service to department and university.

Evaluates and verifies financial aid applications, awards federal, state, university, and external aid, triages issues, analyzes aid data, supports stakeholders, and may supervise student employees. The role requires compliance with financial aid regulations, student and family interaction, occasional presentations, and possible travel among University of Wisconsin campuses.
