Adjunct, short-term instructional candidate pool for the Resch School of Engineering (appointments July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027). Applicants must hold a master’s in a related field. The role expects inclusive, collaborative teaching with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating in-person, virtual, and asynchronous employee training. Collaborate with SMEs to develop content, assessments, and learning materials; conduct needs assessments and analyze course evaluation data; measure participant performance and support rollout and stakeholder communication.

Provide strategic leadership for Multicultural Student Services, overseeing program design, assessment, budgets, staff supervision, and student support initiatives (including Stoutward Bound). Build campus/community partnerships, use data tools to monitor student progress, and implement programs that improve access, retention, belonging, and graduation. Occasional evenings/weekends required.

Provide operational leadership for university philanthropy and the Foundation, overseeing gift processing, fund/accounting stewardship, Raiser's Edge administration, reporting, audits, budgets, scholarship allocation, compliance, and staff supervision to support fundraising and foundation operations.

Supervise and mentor student help-desk staff, monitor ticketing queues, provide hardware/software/network troubleshooting for campus and student laptops, manage inventory and deployments, develop reports and processes, and coordinate with faculty and CTS leadership to improve helpdesk services.

Support, configure, and maintain the institution's Slate CRM and related integrations; develop reports, documentation, and training; troubleshoot issues; assist with system upgrades, testing, and admissions policy implementation.

Manage special projects and operational support for University Advancement: create and track project plans, allocate resources, manage contractors, report status, improve processes, and support advancement workflow and data management.

Manage Cornerstone Press editorial department and undergraduate student editors: train and supervise editorial staff, copyedit and deliver manuscripts, correspond with authors, schedule editorial timelines, advise on editorial policies and recruitment, and represent the press at events as needed. Part-time (10 hrs/week).

Lead and manage all university procurement functions, ensuring compliance with state and UW System rules. Oversee solicitations, contracts, purchase orders, vendor relationships, and procurement team supervision. Develop policies, training, and procurement procedures; prepare financial and compliance reports; support audits; perform budget verification and cost-benefit analyses; and advance vendor diversity and contract-renewal planning.
