Supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with Title IV and FERPA, manage verification and reporting, serve as liaison to stakeholders, and support recruitment, retention, and student success initiatives. Tenure-track, 9-month Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate engineering and engineering technology courses (machinery systems, instrumentation, CAD, thermodynamics, hydraulics), mentor undergraduate research/design projects, develop curriculum, engage with industry partners, pursue scholarly activity, advise students, and participate in governance and community service. Standard teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester.

Coordinate and deliver student-centered retention, engagement, and recruitment initiatives for STEM programs. Monitor student engagement data, identify risk indicators, maintain student records, coordinate targeted interventions, support recruitment and transition activities, provide referrals to campus resources, and collaborate with faculty and staff to advance persistence and program completion.

Tenure-track assistant professor to teach undergraduate Industrial and Systems Engineering courses and labs, develop curriculum, advise students, engage in research and scholarship, participate in service and outreach, and contribute to program assessment. Preferred expertise includes system simulation, manufacturing systems design, facilities design, and smart manufacturing technologies (robotics, automation, digital twin, AR/VR, Industry 4.0/5.0).
