Tenure-track faculty member responsible for teaching finance courses, maintaining student office hours, advising and mentoring students, developing curriculum, conducting and publishing finance research, involving students in scholarship, and participating in departmental, college, university, and professional service. The role requires accessible instruction, timely communication, administrative compliance, program assessment, outreach, and support for AACSB standards.

Provides comprehensive HR support with primary responsibility for FMLA and leave administration, employee relations, Workday onboarding, personnel records, compliance, reporting, and HR projects. Advises employees and managers on policies and workplace concerns, assists with investigations, performance management, corrective action, coaching, and conflict resolution, while ensuring confidential and consistent application of employment laws and university policies.

Processes and reconciles university cash deposits, banking transactions, student account payments, refunds, and financial records. Resolves discrepancies, prepares bank deposits, supports cashiering services, responds to account inquiries, maintains documentation, and advises campus departments on cash handling and accounting procedures. The role also supports procedural improvements and other Student Financial Services operations while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.

Coordinates university scholarship and fellowship programs supporting student recruitment, retention, and academic success. Provides individualized financial aid and scholarship counseling, explains eligibility and award requirements, troubleshoots student aid files, manages electronic application and awarding processes, trains campus users, and collaborates with financial aid teams and internal and external partners to identify funding opportunities and improve student support.

Designs and develops online, alternative-modality, and technology-enhanced courses in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders. Manages course development projects, builds content in Canvas, analyzes instructional materials and learning data, develops assessments and multimedia resources, and supports accessibility and universal course design. Provides faculty development, training, technical support, and recommendations on learning technologies while troubleshooting LMS-related issues and promoting evidence-based, inclusive teaching practices.

Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni and donor engagement initiatives and events (in-person and virtual). Manage logistics, outreach, registrations, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, CRM data entry, and reporting. Collaborate with advancement, communications, campus partners, vendors, and volunteers to create branded, participant-focused experiences that strengthen relationships and drive ongoing involvement.

Manage and execute the university's multi-channel annual giving program, create marketing and solicitation strategies, lead annual giving days, set and meet fundraising and retention goals, coordinate with development staff and stewardship, and identify program improvements.

Direct and manage the UW-Managed design and construction program, overseeing project delivery lifecycle, procurement, budget and risk management, vendor performance, compliance, and a small supervisory team. Provide portfolio governance, executive reporting, stakeholder liaison, and continuous improvement of project controls and processes.

Develops employer recruiting strategies, builds partnerships with businesses and campus stakeholders, and promotes student employment opportunities. Manages employer engagement, career fairs, interviews, workshops, and related events. Advises employers and students, supports recruiting activities, oversees staff or strategic initiatives, and administers the Handshake platform to improve employer and student engagement.

Manages strategic sourcing and category management for enterprise auxiliary-service purchases. Leads supplier research, market analysis, solicitations, contract development, negotiations, vendor performance tracking, pricing benchmarks, and data-supported sourcing recommendations. Collaborates with university stakeholders, state agencies, technical experts, and suppliers across dining, vending, travel, and related services.
