Evaluate and post transfer credit for domestic and international students, maintain equivalency rules in the SIS/Transferology, consult with faculty and departments, assist with articulation agreements, and support transfer admissions events and student inquiries.

Provide HR consultation and partnership to assigned university units, applying employment law and university policies. Develop and implement HR processes (training, recruitment, compensation, payroll), handle complex HR transactions, respond to inquiries, audit HR reports for compliance, and advise leadership on policy and strategic HR initiatives.

Coordinate and implement campus-wide corporate and foundation engagement programs, events, and communications; serve as primary contact for stakeholders; track and analyze engagement metrics; support development and evaluation of giving strategies and multi-unit collaboration.
