Lead donor cultivation and solicitation across annual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, and major gifts ($15,000+). Manage a 75–100 prospect portfolio, execute engagement plans, coordinate fundraising events, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals while promoting agency mission.

Maintain and index the 2-1-1/I&R resource database for the Veterans Program; classify programs using AIRS taxonomy; review caller/client records for quality assurance; prepare reports to meet statutory and funding requirements; ensure HIPAA and agency policy compliance; communicate with staff and volunteers; meet performance metrics and complete required trainings and certifications.

Support marketing, PR, and fundraising by creating print and digital materials, social media and video content, newsletters, website content, event promotion/coordination, media relations, apparel/product fulfillment, data consolidation for communications, community outreach, and special projects.
