Coordinate and prepare all parish liturgical celebrations and music; schedule and train volunteers and ministries; select and approve music, ensure copyright compliance and licensing, and coordinate weddings, funerals, and special liturgies. Lead and coordinate the parish music program: recruit, train, schedule, and direct choirs and musicians; select and provide music for Masses and sacraments; accompany services as needed; collaborate with pastoral staff, liturgy committee, DRE and volunteers; ensure music adheres to Catholic liturgical norms and archdiocesan policies.

Support and oversee budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and tuition/revenue analysis for a network of Catholic schools. Develop and monitor budgets and 3-year forecasts, consolidate financials, ensure compliance and internal controls, coordinate payroll/payables/receivables, produce KPI reports, train school staff and finance committees, and assist with tuition models and TEFA compliance.
