Provide front-desk and administrative support for cemetery operations: answer phones, assist families with services and merchandise, maintain Plotbox records, prepare interment documentation, handle deposits, audits, trust processing, and ensure office and policy compliance.

Advise Executive Director and managers on financial strategy, capital projects, and corrective recommendations.

Support and oversee budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and tuition/revenue analysis for a network of Catholic schools. Develop and monitor budgets and 3-year forecasts, consolidate financials, ensure compliance and internal controls, coordinate payroll/payables/receivables, produce KPI reports, train school staff and finance committees, and assist with tuition models and TEFA compliance.

Provide bookkeeping and accounting for the school: process receipts, AP/AR, payroll, bank and benefit reconciliations, prepare budgets/reports, manage purchase orders and vendor invoices, maintain student financial records, assist HR functions and office administration, and ensure compliance with Archdiocesan accounting policies.

Manage day-to-day operations of VITA tax sites, supervise temporary staff and volunteers, ensure IRS compliance and quality review, process ITIN applications as a Certified Acceptance Agent, transmit e-filed returns via TaxSlayer, and provide onsite training and support to volunteers and taxpayers.

Part-time bilingual coordinator who strengthens AHLMAs network by managing member relationships, developing basic operational systems, supporting board communications, coordinating programs and tracking simple reporting and budgets.
