Field sales role responsible for driving and growing territory sales by calling on new and existing customers, builders, designers and contractors. Develops relationships, promotes products, maintains displays, processes orders, analyzes market conditions, attends trade events, and meets/exceeds sales goals. Works independently and as part of a team.

Drive contractor-focused branch sales and provide first-line customer service. Maintain product and brand knowledge, manage account selling activities, support sample creation and displays, interpret sales metrics, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals. Assist customers at the counter and perform inventory and sample-related tasks.

Call on existing and prospective customers, including builders and designers, to drive sales, grow accounts, set up displays, promote products, attend trade events, analyze market trends, and provide timely customer service across an assigned territory.

Lead and mentor branch-based outside sales representatives to grow commercial, retail, and builder product sales. Develop targeted sales strategies, train and coach reps, build key customer relationships, set and measure goals, collaborate with branch and national teams, and travel extensively to support regional objectives and exceed sales targets.

Serve as the branchs primary customer-facing sales contact, drive contractor business, provide product expertise, manage account selling activities, support sample design/setup and displays, collaborate with management on sales goals, and assist customers at the counter.

Outside Trade Sales Representative responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with contractors, designers, and builders, growing trade account volume, conducting product trainings, attending industry events, collaborating with regional and showroom teams, and promoting Emser products to drive showroom traffic and exceed sales goals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting commercial architecture and design firms, drive product specifications, deliver trainings/CEUs, collaborate with regional and national teams, attend industry events, manage budgets, and grow commercial tile and stone business across assigned territory.
