Serve as the Executive Director's internal operating partner, leading finance, HR, operations, visitor services, rentals, and cross-department coordination. Oversee outsourced accounting, compliance, payroll, budgeting, internal controls, HR processes, vendor management, camp administration, and IT contractors while building durable systems and fostering a respectful, accountable staff culture.
