Provide administrative support to kinship licensing: customer contact, data tracking, scanning/faxing, form collection, calendar coordination, typing correspondence, operating office equipment, and assisting licensing staff.

Prepare, sort, and file client case documents per federal/state/agency regulations; audit and maintain case lists; facilitate file access and notices; support quality assurance and other clerical duties.

Manage daily operations of the Quality Department, conduct quality reviews and investigations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, oversee MDT/Permanency staffing, support quality improvement planning, supervise quality staff, analyze data integrity and report to the Director of Quality Management.
