Leads YMCA membership operations, service delivery, sales support, onboarding, retention, and front desk functions. Manages and develops staff, monitors membership performance and budgets, analyzes trends, resolves member concerns, maintains accurate records, and partners with internal teams and community stakeholders to improve engagement, satisfaction, and organizational outcomes.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, frontline roles: source, screen, interview, and manage offers. Partner with hiring managers and People teams to build pipelines, ensure inclusive candidate experience, maintain ATS records, and analyze hiring metrics to improve time-to-fill and retention.

Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, community, and in-center channels. Coordinate timelines, materials, vendors, and events; create social content, photography, and short-form video; maintain in-center marketing and digital displays; track campaign performance and support reporting and continuous improvement.
