Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership, including meeting facilitation, KPI reporting, policy and SharePoint governance, legal document coordination, executive communications, office management, and project coordination to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure timely execution of priorities.

Responsible for product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost visibility. Analyze cost drivers, labor/burden rates, and variances; support GAAP-compliant financial reporting, cost rolls, and excess/obsolete inventory reserves. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve cost performance.
