Provide on-site IT support: troubleshoot and maintain PCs, printers, servers, network switches, VOIP phones, video surveillance, and mobile devices; administer Office 365 and email; coordinate with vendors; perform backups, inventory, maintenance, user training, and occasional on-call support.
