Execute manual and automated web and API tests, maintain TestRail test cases, track QA status, run Robot Framework suites, use API tools (Postman/curl), participate in sprints, identify coverage gaps, and learn automation and distributed systems under mentorship.

Provide high-quality phone, video, email, and text support to customers using the RunBuggy app. Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve shipping issues, document customer interactions, assist with uploads/orders, escalate sales opportunities, and maintain product knowledge. Work in-office on assigned rotating shifts and attend customer service meetings.
