Serves as a strategic HR advisor on complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, leave administration, accommodations, and employment-law compliance. Coaches leaders, manages sensitive multi-state cases, supports disciplinary and separation decisions, partners with Legal and benefits teams, and analyzes employee-relations trends. The role also ensures compliant leave processes, maintains defensible documentation, and improves employee experience across a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
