Lead territory business development for NewHomeSource Listings, advertising, graphics/interactive and self-guided tour services. Prospect, demo, negotiate and close builder clients, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with regional sales leadership, attend industry events and travel within territory to drive revenue and grow market presence.

Lead and scale a regional sales organization selling listings and digital marketing solutions to home builders. Own go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment while building executive client relationships and representing the company at industry events.
